Our dedicated applications engineering team supports customers in specifying the correct instrument, sampling system and designing bespoke systems for your application.

Product

We offer remote product support via phone and/or video calls. Customers can also access resources on our YouTube channel for instrument operation (SADPmini2). User manuals are available online and downloadable from the resources page.

Demonstration/loan instruments are available for short-term rental to evaluate products before purchase or cover downtime associated with calibration/repair of customer instruments.

Return to Supplier

We assist the return of instruments for calibration and repair. Demonstration/loan instruments are available for short-term rental to cover downtime associated with dewpoint instrument calibration and/or repair.

Accessories

We have a quick turnaround for the supply of replacement and spare parts.

Upgrade

If you would like to upgrade your instrument e.g. convert a standard instrument to logging, please speak to one of our technical sales team, who can support and explain the various options available, to help you choose the right product for your application.

Software

We develop and support our bespoke software, firmware and user apps in-house and provide continuous support for our legacy products. Software and firmware updates are issued periodically.

Training

We provide training for our more complex products such as the chilled mirror hygrometers and calibration systems. Customers can also access resources on our YouTube channel and demonstration/loan instruments are available for short-term rental to evaluate products before purchase.
